At Siren Grounds, Your Peace Of Mind Matters As Much As Your Coffee Ritual

Coffee Returns and Refunds

At Siren Grounds, we want every part of your coffee ritual to feel seamless. Due to the perishable nature of our Bean & Ground Coffee range, these items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged in transit or you’ve received the wrong product.

For our non-coffee products and coffee pods, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt—provided items are unopened, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Please note, we reserve the right to withhold a refund if goods do not meet these conditions, unless damage occurred during delivery.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Merch Exchange and Refunds

If the wrong size or product finds its way to you, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. You can request an exchange or a full refund on your merchandise. Simply return the item in its original condition, and we’ll handle the rest with care.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be on its way—usually landing back with you within 10 working days. Please note we can’t issue a refund until the item is safely returned to us.

For us, sustainability is not a trend, it’s a promise. From carbon offsetting to recyclable materials, we design every step with intention. We refuse to waste—using what we already have before sourcing more ethical, recyclable, and sustainable alternatives.

We made a bold launch: fully recyclable coffee bags across our entire range. A small step for some, but for us, a powerful stride toward a future where indulgence and responsibility coexist.
