Hair Loving was born from science, compassion, and community — a place where women could reclaim their confidence, their identity, and their power. What began as a personal battle evolved into a movement that now reaches thousands, with a loyal online community and products stocked nationwide.
“Women message me saying they finally went on a date again, or wore their hair down for the first time in years. That’s everything I longed for when I was 19 and terrified of losing myself.”
Now, Nadia is on a mission to break the silence around women’s hair loss — a topic still whispered about, when it deserves to be spoken with honesty, strength, and solidarity. “We’re comfortable talking about our skin, our weight, our wellness. But when it comes to hair loss, women carry it quietly. I want to rewrite that narrative.”
Unfiltered. Unapologetic. Unforgettable. This is Nadia’s story and the siren call she’s sending out to every woman ready to reclaim her reflection.
How do you usually start your mornings, and what role does coffee or your favorite fuel play in setting the tone for your day?
Of course it has to be a cup of tea first thing, I can’t start my day without it! Another must-have is my mid-morning coffee, something to look forward to and a little break after what always becomes a busy morning.
Balancing Energy & Demands: Women often juggle so many roles—career, family, self-care. How do you personally manage your energy levels to keep up with the demands of your lifestyle?
I have learnt to rest when I know I have taken on too much. I’m always going 100 miles per hour with everything, so it's easy for me to get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of things needing to be done. I’ve learnt to time block so I have set times to power through my to-do list and then I know this will give me the time I need for self-care and family.
Mindset & Motivation: When you hit those days where motivation feels low, what’s your go-to ritual, mindset shift, or daily practice that helps you power through?
Firstly, I try to pray and reset by taking some time for myself to do this. Sometimes I will phone a friend to voice any thoughts and feelings, this usually helps my motivation to pop back.
Fuel Beyond the Cup: Outside of coffee, what other habits, foods, or wellness practices do you swear by to stay energized and grounded throughout the day?
Having a balanced diet is key to a happy brain, gut and can prevent lethargy.
Advice for Women Everywhere: If you could share one piece of advice with women about how to fuel not just their bodies but also their ambition and spirit, what would it be?
When you change your mindset and have faith in yourself, amazing things start to happen. Keep going and keep believing!
